What started off as a small hotel, with only six bedrooms, a small bar, restaurant and conference room, has developed to great proportions. The hotel has three conference rooms, two award-winning restaurants, two bars, a pizzeria & a fully accredited training college for students wishing to develop their skills in the industry.

Fern Hill Hotel is situated just off the N3 highway and has two sets of offramps within 3 kilometeres. Take the Tweedie/Howick turnoff from Johannesburg and The Midmar/Howick turnoff from Durban.
