Tumble Downs is a family friendly restaurant and is an ideal place to stop and enjoy a meal en route to the many attractions in the Currys Post and Karkloof areas.
Tumble Downs has a passion for food and hospitality. Menu items are carefully selected with the ethos revolving around freshly prepared and carefully presented meals. Diners are invited to relax within the awe-inspiring landscape of the surrounding Kamberg and Karkloof Valley enjoying a full dining experience and taking with them new tastes and sensations of sheer dining pleasure.

The restaurant has been established on a old stud farm and the owner-managers Werner and Michele Jacobs have succeeded in transforming a once run down stable block into a comfortable and friendly cafe & restaurant. Werner and Michele are not new to the Midlands having lived and worked in the Howick area for many years. They have returned having spent the last 9 years running a fully catered game lodge where they built a reputation for friendliness, hospitality and fine cuisine.

FROM PIETERMARITZBURG/DURBAN Travelling on the N3 highway, take the Howick North / Tweedie off ramp. Turn right over the N3 towards Howick.
