Sterling's Wrought Iron is a family business established in 1989.
Traditional blacksmithing is combined with modern techniques to produce an endless range of wrought iron furniture, accessories and artistic pieces. All their work is handcrafted on the premises and at their workshop in the Dargle. Products and creations include tables, chairs, bar stools, chandeliers, lanterns, fruit bowls, wine racks, spice racks, gazebos, mirrors, wall sconces, candlesticks, beds, spiders, insects, fire baskets, log holders and fire accessories, pot racks, baker's racks,obelix, French wirework, objects de art and much more.
Guy Sterling learnt his skills from his father, Dennis, and over the years he has added his own artistic style to his work. Some examples of his work can be seen at their shop off the R103 in Lidgetton which stocks items from the everyday and conservative products to the unusual artistic pieces
The majority of Guy's work consists of unique pieces and items made specifically to order. Guy enjoys a challenge and thinking ‘out of the box’. He particularly enjoys turning scrap into something beautiful, fun and/or functional.

We are located about 80 metres off the R103.
From Gauteng : (4 hours 30 minutes)
Take Exit No. 132 from the N3 Southbound. Turn right over the highway and proceed straight on for 8 km until the R 103 is reached in Nottingham Road Village. Proceed in the direction of and through Balgowan on the R 103 for a further 17 km. Turn right onto a short dirt road, cross a railway line and the we are located about 50 metres further on the left side.
From Durban : (1 hour 15minutes)
Take Exit No. 107 from the N3 Northbound. Turn left at the stop street; follow the road to the T-junction turn to your right on the R 103 in the direction of, and through Lions River. Follow that road for approximately 12 km. Turn left onto a short dirt road, cross a railway line and the we are located about 50 metres further on the left side.
